Control and disciplinary Committee on the ethics of UEFA’s verdict on the racist scandal during the match Dinamo — Chelsea
Today this body of UEFA verdict, according to which the actions of the fans of Dinamo in the Champions League match against Chelsea, which took place on 20 October, regarded as racist, and in violation of article 14 of the disciplinary regulations of the organization.
In addition, the Kyiv club has been accused of inappropriate conduct of fans, in accordance with article 16 of the disciplinary regulations and the blocking of stairs, which violates article 38 of the safety regulations of UEFA.
The decision of the Control and disciplinary bodies on the ethics of UEFA the following:
“Dinamo will spend two next matches in European competition without spectators, and in the third match ban applies conditionally with a trial period of three years. Kiev club is fined on 100 thousand Euro“.
