The team was embroiled in a legal battle with his former reserve driver Charles Peak, which threatens the arrest of machinery and equipment after the Grand Prix of Belgium
At the beginning of last year, ex-pilot Marousi and the Caterham has signed a contract with the team from Enstone that at the end of the season left. However now 25-year-old Frenchman has decided to file a lawsuit, accusing the Lotus that he had not been provided a certain number of days driving the car E22.
In an attempt to speed up the process Frenchman enlisted the disposal of the Belgian court about the arrest of machinery and equipment of Lotus after the race in Spa. Naturally, the team has considered this decision to be illegal and appealed to the arbitration court.
Currently, the lawyers for both sides were seeking a solution.
