French midfielder Lassana Diarra is obliged to pay to the Moscow locomotive of EUR 10 million compensation for early termination of the contract.
This decision was delivered by court of arbitration for sport in Lausanne.
Recall that before the start of the 2014/15 season Lassana Diarra refused to start training with a Locomotive on the grounds that uncomplicated relationship with head coach Leonid Kuchuk.
Lokomotiv have terminated the contract with the player unilaterally. However, according to FIFA Diarra was a free agent when the summer of 2015, signed a contract with Olympique Marseilles.
