The former defender of club of the KHL Sochi Ryan Whitney was shocked at the life in Russia.
American hockey player Ryan Whitney was surprised at the small number of people in a residential complex where he lived and wrote in the publication The Players Tribune.
“We came to a new residential complex. Hundreds of apartments. Well-paved streets. The rows of lights. And not a soul on the street! There are no cars. No one at all. I went out and looked around. It was like the zombie Apocalypse, which began on the campus” – shared her impressions of Whitney.
